 Tradition runs deep at Gaines Jewelers. Gaines Jewelers was established in the year 1963 and the store was run by Bob Gaines and his wife. Inventory was small but every customer entering the door was greeted with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. Customers were known by name and were treated as guests. Customers were offered quality jewelry at prices they could afford.

Much has changed in the past forty-one years. Our store has seen two moves and expansions including the move in '99 into our current beautiful facility on Beecher Rd. Much of the day to day business is handled by Michael Goulet (28 years with the company) and Bob's son David Gaines (18 years with the company). What hasn't changed is those same basic principles of greeting guests with a smile, offering quality merchandise at affordable prices, and even now, knowing most of our customers by name. |

As an independent jeweler (not run by some parent company), we have a few advantages. We buy from hundreds of different sources, making our inventory diverse and unique. Another advantage is that we must rely on satisfied customers who not only come back again and again, but tell their friends and relatives about us as well. This is the reason we've now seen in some families, three generations who have bought their wedding set at Gaines. There is no greater compliment than for someone to have enough trust in us, as to recommend us to a friend or family member. We take that trust seriously. |
